In Person
A healing session is very simply performed. After an initial consultation, you lie fully clothed on the couch. Reiki energy is then channelled into you by a series of hand positions on the head and around the body. Each position is just a light resting of the hands – no massage or manipulation.

The first session consists of a consultation where the therapist explains the treatment, establishes the root cause for the visit and completes the necessary consultation form, which is a legal requirement on the therapist. Although this often requires more time than the standard treatment time, all sessions costs £40.00
Distant Healing
If you have a problem travelling to Ellon, UK and still wish to have a treatment, Distant Healing is another way to receive the benefits of Reiki. The procedure is the same as in person but a time and date is organised ahead of time. At which time, you should lie down on the comfort of your own bed for the duration of the treatment.
Many have reported experiencing the same benefits as a physical treatment.
